Our Background

We work at the intersection of education and health.

Ntiamoah Foundation is a Ghanaian non-profit organisation established in 2006 with a commitment to improving the lives of people in underserved communities. Our work is rooted in the Eastern Region of Ghana, particularly Birim North, with a growing ambition to extend our impact to other underserved communities across the country.

We believe education and health are not privileges — they are basic rights and essential foundations for sustainable development. Through literacy programmes, libraries, ICT initiatives, maternal and community health interventions and menstrual health programmes, we work with communities to remove barriers that prevent people from reaching their potential.

What Drives Us

Give back. Build opportunity. Strengthen communities.

Today, that principle guides an organisation committed not only to delivering projects but to helping create sustainable systems that communities can own and continue to develop.

Our Mission and Path

Our Vision

We envision a Ghana where every child can learn without barrier and every family can access the care they need, fueling a cycle of prosperity across generations.

Our Mission

To transform lives in Ghana by delivering accessible, high-quality education and healthcare. We empower children to learn, adults to thrive, and communities to sustain their own growth—because education sparks opportunity, and healthy people drive progress.

Our Core Values

Integrity

We act responsibly and remain accountable to the communities, partners and supporters who place their trust in us.

Teamwork

Lasting change requires collaboration. We work with communities, schools, health workers, government institutions and partners.

Innovation

We seek practical new ways to solve persistent challenges — from digital learning to sustainable menstrual-health solutions.

Empathy

We listen first and design interventions around people's lived experiences.

Community Focus

Communities are not simply beneficiaries of our work. They are partners and owners of the change we seek to create.

Empathy

We listen first and design interventions around people's lived experiences.

Our Team

Our leadership team humbly and passionately dedicates itself to unleashing the collective power of the communities we serve.

Our Strategic Plan

From 20 years of service to our next era of impact.

The Ntiamoah Foundation 2025–2030 Strategic Plan provides the roadmap for our next phase. It builds on our experience in education and health while introducing stronger systems for measuring outcomes, learning from our interventions and communicating impact.

Four strategic priorities guide this journey:

1. Education

Strengthening literacy, libraries, digital access and teacher capacity.

2. Health

Improving maternal and child health, strengthening CHPS compounds and advancing menstrual health.

3. Measurement & Learning

Building stronger Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning — MEAL — systems.

4. Communication & Engagement

Giving communities a stronger voice while increasing visibility, partnership and accountability.
